EXISTENTIAL THERAPY
“Everything can be taken from a person but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances.”
― Viktor E. Frankl
Existential analysis is a philosophical approach to therapy. Sessions are conducted face to face and our conversations focus on what holds meaning to you and how the choices you make can best align with your value system. Existential analysis is particularly suited to respond to today's most prevalent ailments -- burnout, eco-anxiety, and information overload -- and life's most difficult challenges : becoming a parent, separation, illness, aging, loss of loved ones, living abroad...
